Tungsten crucible is bent from a single tungsten sheet, featuring a central recess for evaporation material and extended ends for electrode connections.
Compared with welded tungsten boat, folded tungsten boat has no welds or heat-affected zones, offering more stable structural strength and uniform thermal field under high temperatures.
