1.6 Tungsten Electrode
1.6 tungsten electrode is tungsten needle, and its diameter is 1.6mm. Wherein 1.6 thorium tungsten electrode (red head electrode) is a traditional electrode type, it has a good welding function. The arc would not break, scatter, splash in the welding process. It has stable arc and thermostability, its tungsten head can be maintained in the round shape for a long time. In addition, 1.6 tungsten electrode has a long service life.
The operation of thorium tungsten electrode is simple and easy, which has high current load. It is easy to arc for thoriated wolfram electrode. And the arc is stable. It has a high recrystallization tcmperature, long service life, good conductivity.
